09 blade, rather handsome beast...

My Dad dropped his 08 blade at Phakisa about 2 months ago. Besides a broken rib, he was fine and dandy. Bike was a little tatty but perfectly rideable. But the insurance wrote it off (someone there wanted it) so my Dad simply bought it back.

Turning it into a trackbike now, the fairings are off to be painted. So he decided to spoil himself;

I hated the looks of the 08 when I first saw it - Now I love it, looks awesome!!!

I know what you mean re the 08 blade..It's grown on me though and the new Repsol looks mint.. I had the 07 repsol (below) and still think it's absolutely gorgeous..

Thats a 100% nice bike, not much can beat the new blade......

Fantastic bikes though. At this rate you will be better eqipped than Pedrosa next year. That is if HRC dont give him and his manager / life partner the elbow before then.
