#3Crash statistics have a lot to answer for a "scooter" is classed as a motorbike hell 17 y/o bin them all the time regretfully so add to the total tally.
Also you would laugh at what constitutes as a "serious accident".

All in all I wouldn't be the least bit worried about a 100 BHP limit coming in.
