If your being Bearish then BP is terminally screwed. BP share dividends make up 8% of UK pension funds. Yep, that means the UK taxpayer gets screwed as well.

Im bettin that BP will cum out of this fine, 6 months from now wen the leak is a distant memory the only things that will still be screwed will be the ECO system and the fookin Tax payer!

BP needent worry , by November or so they can set up their skimmers on the west coast of the UK and sell the watered down stuff over there,, a couple of million gallons a day w/free delivery on the gulf stream,, right to your door for gods sake, better eat your "fish'n chips" now before all the "fish" are replaced with something else (what the hell is this next to my chips ) I think BP will be making that decision too,, what does "live" under the oil whatever it is ,thats what will be on the menu for sure,,,,,,,,,could be in the next sixty days we'll know ,,,,,

Deep water scallop are another fav of mine goes perf w/clams, at least they shouldn't be too affected being down 200ft., way up on the "northern edge",,,,,,,,,........

Grendel finds that the pursuit of corporate profit typically is at the expense of the common man. Blame can be assessed to many. Grendel thinks the Obama obsession with needing 'an ass to kick' stupid and non-productive. Enforcement is purposfully lax so that the governments don't get the big companies too upset. funding to clean up disaasters is a joke. The US collected a couple cents per barrel for a disaster fund - the corporations complained so paid in oil instead. The UK pension fund is a joke. They had no issue making profits from the company to fund retirees, but when the company's stock is likely to go down they complain to the US government about being a bully. Standards for drilling focus on cheap extraction, not safety. The public only cares in case of a disaster - any other time they just want cheap fuel.

However you can bet who will eventually pay for it all.

Luke Thank you for the kind words, if you could be around me for a week you would change your opinion of joe, he is not smart for the most part, be nice to think of myself even close to average.. but anyhow thanks. joe believes we all have about the same size brain but it is the energy stored inside that makes us who we are, it is the magical part that is so hard to measure, capture and analyze.
