Suzukis' New GSX-S1000 ABS . . .

I found it a bit of a disappointment, even taking into account the price difference it’s not even close to the fun of my 1290. To be honest I wouldn’t even do a straight swap for my 2010 Suzuki B-King with 50,000 miles on the clock, shame I was hoping for something better.

What was worst about it? Think it's improvable much with aftermarket mods?

If they'd just left the K5 engine as it came out of the GSXR 1000 it would be awesome fun and a genuine challenger to the 1290, but they didn't

I got a brief test ride on one (and had to twist the dealerships arm to do so). I too found it disappointing as I was expecting more than it delivers.
