Anybody for Yoga?

Well the years are taking their toll. Just finding flexibility is becoming more and more difficult. Took the plunge and booked 10 sessions of Bikram Hot yoga in Bristol. 90 minute sessions in 42 degree c.
Done 5 sessions so far, not sure much is bending any better but feel surprisingly "good" afterwards but not really sure quite why. Perhaps its just that I survived what is quite a demanding workout.
I know Klink is a keen fan of Bikram but wondered if any of you guys have tried and found any benefits.

Good for core strength and flexibility, of joints as well. I think it speeds up your metabolism/lympth system a bit as well.

Many of the same stretch concepts of kung fu/yoga. I did yoga for a bit but the guy made u meditate at the end and you werent allowed to call him a person name.

some Buddhist phrase like ; heavenly blossom reaching nirvana. Had to do these " oooohhmmmms'' for 10 minutes at the end too. I finally snapped.

I use Yoda all the time when I'm working on the bike. Especially when exhaust studs have corroded and the like. I just "use the force". It's quite therapeutic I find. Is this what you mean?
