I used to have the Leo Carbon cans running the KTM akro map and changed to the full Ti Akros with the relevant map

The difference is significant throughout the rev range

I am not sure though if it is worth the extra money as the full system is quite pricey. If i had the money to spare, i would change the wheels

I have seen them. Akrapovic and TITANIUM is printed on the headers. As far as i remember the scorpion logo is also printed there.

Super cool parts.....

I can't really tell whether they'r ethe same as I have, but my bike has got full Ti system. I've got the p/n here somewhere, and I can obviously take pictures. Sadly I haven't ridden my bike with stock pipes, so I can't tell if anything is better or worse. I do however think, like Ducati Porn said, that there's very little difference. To get the most out of the full Ti pipe I think you need to at least change the airbox and fuelling, but also probably some headwork, or other engine mods.

Looks good though, and they are a weight saving.

They do look like Ti from "here". The welds are more like silvery solder rather than matte stainless steel welding. Quite shiny, very pornographic!

freestyler i have the stainless race headers and they are identical looking to the Ti system, same shiny welds in the same place and same bends, its a very nice looking system. they come apart the same way and are coupled with springs just like the Ti system. and for the record i must concur with the magnet test. i held a strong magnet up to the race headers and it didnt stick so i tried it on the stock headers and muffler and it didnt stick to them either so there you have it first hand hand for all you sceptics out there.
...i forgot to add this. i know that if you paid for Ti you want Ti, i get that. but i have to tell you all the stainless race headers are sweet and under rated IMO, they are lighter than the stock headers, look great with impeccable craftsmanship and best of all much cheaper than the Ti. they have held up well so far. if you did get "stuck" with a set thinking they were Titanium there are worse things in life....
