Australian/Qld Police cracking down on mods

I just got a report from my mates that in the past few weeks the cops have started blitzing Mt Glorious/Nebo/Summerset most weekends to get bikes out of there. Sad to hear as many small businesses depend on this traffic.

Howver, my main gripe is the new tendency to penalise mods, specifically tail tidies! Does anyone know where I can find an Australian Standard or similar stating how/what a tail is supposed to look like so if this happens to me I can take them to court?

I'm sick of cops enforcing random rules and regulations (eg rego tubes)without letting me know what I can and can not do to my bike.
Frackers.
If they start enforcing random shit, they still have to identify the section of legislation the breach relates to, so get a copy of the legislation (www.legislation.qlg.gov.au) and check the breach to make sure it is real and correct. Happy to help with this one for anyone in Queensland.

for some info check this out, still quite vague but gives some guidance.
