U shouldn't be worried. It's a logical and necessary evolution for KTM in order to survive in the future. They need to add geografical reach in order to increase volumes. The brandname is there and with Bajaj they will gain just that and a cheap manufacturing base to remain competitive in the more mature markets like Europe and USA. Additionally there is also a 3way alliance in the works with third partner Kawasaki and this will bring state of the art technology within reach with more affordable investments (eg SportABS and tractioncontrol ).
