Bank to Bank transfer question to anyone from NEW ZEALAND

Have got a buyer for R1 Parts from new zealand(not on this site) who insists he needs my full name,address and landline telephone number aswell as IBAN+BIC/SWIFT codes to transfer the money to me.

Now according to my bank,that isnt true,he only needs IBAN+BIC/SWIFT Code to send me the money.

So my question is,
Would it be possible for a New Zealand member to check or confirm what is/isnt needed to send money from NEW ZEALAND Bank to a UK Bank please.

I am from NZ and work in a bank.

Any international transfer only needs the recipient's swift/chaps + account no. the account name is always asked for but even that isnt really used.

once money is sent it is irrevocable.
