Stupid Luke
Today I have spent the morning chasing around various parcel depots. Parcel couriers dont deliver parcels anymore just cards directing you to their depot
However, once back at home it was christmas morning.
I have my new Enduro lid, nice and orange to match the Husaberg I am planning to buy.
A big box of motocross clothing; shirt, pants, knee and shin armour, gloves, tear offs and what's this? Oakley sunglasses?? WTF are my goggles?
Sunglasses are being returned. You would have thought the tear offs I bought would have been a clue as they are about 4 times bigger than the sunglasses lenses,
A bargain priced back wheel from an RC8. I dont own an 8 but it was cheap and will be handy if I ever do. Otherwise I will make a set with my spare front and sell as RC8 trackday wheels.
Saving the best to last. A cute box full of Motohooligan finery. The Motobox is fantastic quality. I might not fit it, just keep it as an ornament. In fact every thing is super quality I would happily replace my standard airbox with the carboard box it all came packed in.
Got the superbling clutch cover. I have been waiting for this so they can fit it when the instal the slipper clutch but I will be sleeping with it under my pillow tonight
The heelguards are equally fantastic. I have the KTM carbon ones and they are going on e bay soon. I would be putting them on right now if the bike wasnt so dirty. So that is a job for tomorrow am.
And talking of dirty I am going to have to drag Ducati Pete out of some fetish MMA club or other to help (err, instruct, err demonstrate) fitting the Motobox.
