Bloody hell

Just had the bike for two weeks and now that Belgium is getting some sunshine what do I do : I break two fingers (one each hand)at the Softball game last night.
Yeah, sport is healthy and bike riding dangerous !!
Well, means i'll be more on the forum than planned for a while.
Anybody an idea how long I am likely to stay off the bike ?
