LOL - you know it will have better resale value.
I can totally see rolling up to get that "smogged" every few years at a local service place, driving it to Home Depot, and circumventing traffic altogether flying past LA to points north ... It's a little difficult to gauge it's minimum size, but I could see having the garage modified so I could park it at home.
