Further to the Classic KTM GS 350 post I got to thinking if you could buy a factory reproduction of any past bike being classic, non classic, road or dirt bike what would you like to see reproduced?

Mine -
Road: Kawasaki 900,Honda CBX1000
Dirt: Honda CR250 Elsinore, Honda QA50
4 cil 500cc two stroke. Don't care which one.
BMW R100 GS
I am getting kind of keene on the idea of a bike being more in line with the mouse trap.
I am fancying an era gone by when kick starters, carbs, spoked wheels, no radiators, centerstands. I think you get the idea. A Motorcycle.

RC45 for me
+ another 1 for me
RD350 YPVS
Benelli Tornado 650 S (early 70s), or Ducati 750 Sport of same era (I don't really consider the "Sport Classic" to be that good a retro - bevel heads were cool, just because). Plenty of Lawson Reps around (ZRXs - cheap too) ... hmmmm ... kawi triple-2 with a chassis and forks not made of rubber bands might be amusing.

And, well, there's the (new) Norton. Which I love the appearance of, and would readily plunk down the duckets for, if it was sorted.

I love the look of early-to-mid seventies middleweight standards, particularly the european ones. From some of the other posts, I see I'm not alone.

Love to see the return of a big smoker in a good frame, Mach 3,4,5, RZ500 or the mighty RG500, none of that Bimota rubbish though.

Classic, no, not really but I bet it feels close enough with a little bit of better thrown in...just don't ask how much $$$$$

TZ750
900SS Hailwood Replica
Brough Superior S100

Not so much reproduction I suppose as a snippet from the list of bikes I would buy, own and run if I won the euromillions.

Reproduction? Maybe an RG500Gamma with brakes that worked and no anti dive?
