Well, I finally got a set recently for my Bday. Fitted them last week and took it out on Monday on the commute for the first time. I've still got to tinker with the gear shift position for better gear changes but it's only about 5mm out for now.

The fitting was easy enough although I'm mystified by some fo the parts, there was NO instruction sheet with it so I had to figure it out from the 1 online picture on the website of ONE side fitted to the SD!! Bit poor to not supply instructions, especially as I have many parts left over that seemed to serve no purpose at all including one CNC aluminium plate! I've seen them fitted to other bikes and how they remounted their rear brake cylinder on this plate but I could see no reason to do this.

Anyway, now to the real point of doing it, the riding! I'm 6'2" and for me, pushing the pegs back an inch has really transformed my riding position, I've struggled to get my weight over the front end enough sometimes but not any more! Cornering is now even sweeter and the load on my arms/back and arse is eased by this new position immensely. I'm finding that I can ride faster in greater comfort and hard acceleration is much easier to cope with.

I need to firm up the suspension a wee bit now as I'm riding it a little harder now. Cant wait to try it on track later this year....I was scraping a boot at Clearways a coupla times so I hope I get a little more room and confidence in corners on track from this.

I'd say they're good VFM as a full set of rearsets is nudging £300! I'd love some but it aint gonna happen for me yet.

Next up, a set of Folding levers. Not 'bling', just improvements.

Probably cheaper for you as your in canada.

There was an instruction sheet posted up on the original listing but pictures only.

I used the cnc plate to raise the height of the brake cylinder to keep the line of movement of the cyclinder rod as straight as possible and as such as smooth as possible but it depends what holes you're using.

I found there wasn't enough adjustment in the lever position with pegs mounted in the holes closest to std and the extension rod attached to get them where I like them, it needed something inbetween std and the short extension as by the time you get all the nuts and stuff on it can't be adjusted short enough, however I moved them one back and one up from there and they're spot on int that position, I was originally keen on keeping close to stock but I think how I have them now is much better.

Well installed these things last night,,, what a pain in the A good thing my wifey has small , little hands ,,, did the hard side first as reading all the threads , I thought I was prepared,,, went well after moving the brake res,, I thought the bolt that goes through the heim joint into the brake pedal was 3/8 too long, bottomed out even with the spacer in place,, so I pondered, and pondered,,, then just cut the thing , cleaned up the threads,, done,,,,went with TJ's set up of one back and one up,,, I like it,,,,thanks again Justin for the black SDR sets,,,,looks very good,,, now just a little more fiddlin with the brake pedal adjustment and I will be good to go,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
