Ouch Foot ok I hope. Not sure on the material, prototype though so maybe the finished product might be a bit better than it looks on the vid.

I think Taichi makes a suit that has a pop-up pillow also. I believe they are designed to cushion the initial blow, not survive abrasion, so I bet they are pretty light material.
