#4I also prefer to be the one calling and checking progress, but when it's about parts that can be obtained else where I only give then one call. If they don't want the business someone else should be happy to get my €€'s.
Off course a good dealer keeps you inform of changes in schedule and when your bike is ready (almost everytime with the total amount of the invoice ).
