Now in Oz you get fined (and lose points) if you are using your mobile while driving if you don't have a hands free, getting caught doing this??? Aww I dunno maybe balls in a bench vice...

All just more reasons to ride the bike. I some states in the USA you must use a hands free device as well.

as far as im concerned the stiffer the fine the better! cant tell you how many idiots ive seen texting at 55 in the high speed lane!
