Stupid Luke and I did something similar on a Craig Jones experience day at Silverstone. The SD was well suited to it and she managed to bring me home in the fastest time of the day She got an apple and a pat on the nose for being such a good girl. TBF the guy in 2nd place was on a ZZR1400 and was throwing that thing around well for a big bike.
