The bad boy being hauled is a 2250 HP V12 CAT 3512 with 4 turbos, coupled to a 12,000 psi triplex pump. We often have 8 inline to create hydraulic fractures in rock 16-18,000 ft below surface.

Thats 321 gallons per minute (or 1215 litres/min/pump x eight) at 12,000 psi. We have 17,250 psi pumps for high pressure work.
