How bad is the R seat??

I sat on an R for 1 min at a motor expo and the seat was very, very hard.

I have had a SDR tail conversion on neverfookingending order for 6 months now and counting,, so these are comforting word for sure.

joe was thinking that it would be cool to have a method of quick tail swap in the future,

it is highly possible and extremely practical, the best of both worlds.

If you are worried about it it might turn out to be a serious problem for you.

It never crossed my mind buying the bike - I had to have it. And after the initial shock I don't even think about it anymore...

I can't even be bothered getting it changed or re-foamed - is not a big enough problem.
