#6I smoked for 32yrs (11-43yrs) tried quitting using the patche's but just did'nt have the will power as even though i wanted to stop smoking for my health i actually enjoyed it.
I've stopped now (5.5yrs) with the help from a farm tractor/trailer gave me a nine week stay in hospital with a collapsed lung among other things,first seven day's i was unconcious so i missed the really hard bit The above is definately not a recommended route though,my problem now is pie's i can't stop eating the things and anything else edible,i've putt on two stone since so now thats affecting my health
Anyway way good luck and i hope you manage it they cost a fortune over here now so i'm glad to be free of em.
