ICE Sticker

A friend of mine who got certified as an EMT suggested putting a sticker on my helmet with emergency contact information and basic medical data (blood type, allergies, medications, etc). He also suggested that it say "DO NOT REMOVE HELMET" because someone without training might make a neck/spine injury worse.

It might look silly, but I already look pretty goofy. (Although that shouldn't stop you from mocking me).

Any idea how to make a weatherproof sticker?

I got dog tags for Christmas that have data on ,my wife says might save a couple minutes ,if it makes her feel better I will wear them when biking
