They did a lot before motorcycles. Sold DKW motorcycles and Opel cars, fixed motorcycles etc. KTM Company did bankruptcy 1992 Company split in three KTM Kuhler, KTM fahrrader and KTM Motorcycles. Dont know about bicycles. Kuhler is part of Mahle http://www.mahle.com/mahle/en/news-and- ... uehler.jsp . Motorcycles covinced investors and running well, good for us

Hey nerd yes its all about greed and that sucks I reckon.
Going off what I have heard and seen from KTM of late I don't think I will be purchasing any more of their products its just that I've lost faith in them.
We all know that the 990 had issues from the beginning and it got sorted but It seems to me that KTM actually did pride them selves on their work once.
Just look at the oem tool kit that comes with a 990 its the best I have ever seen.
