#2Probably something to do with the fact that they didnt make the single side swingarm symetrical, its true with the pics you are......right!

#3It's also because the side stand is own the left so the bike leans over and presents the right at a better angle to photograph. Some models of bikes lean over a lot and to get a good shot of the left you have to more or less lie down on the ground - which most people can't be bothered to do.

#4Yes, the right side shows off your cool exhaust and if your exhaust is a hi-rise or shortie, it also shows off the beautiful wheel/swingarm!
