I have a couple.

1) Ride the Tail of the Dragon, US RT 129 - Done
2) Ride Europe with the missus
3) Ride cross country (United States)
4) Buy a bike in another city and take a week or so to ride it back home

I don't know if those are really dreams, but it's things I'd like to do on a bike.
