With white. you need to add all the color numbers together, since white is the culmination of the complete spectrum. 3855. Then get an average, divided by 7 equals 550.7142857142857, so this shows that orange is faster then white by roughly 21.3846193528 percent. Now black is a differant story as it is the absent of light and light travels at 186000 miles per second so the black color does no traveling at all. Cleary the slowest and hardest to see. When you do see it the only thing that you can say is that it got there before you. Lets just be careful with this whole rainbow tie in, this site is colorful enough.
