Hey guys, just wondering if any of you have had any dealing with these guys? I ordered some parts from them and am finding their customer service non-existent.

*Update, Ron really came through for me in the end and even upgraded the shipping at his expense. Somehow we got our wires crossed in the beginning, but I would definately shop here in the future.
