took some of my mates out today to show them body position so they can get their knee's down,all of them passed with flying colours so not bad after teaching them for 10 minutes and following me around a few times so they could watch me,well chuffed for them as they were all smiling like chesire cats when they first touched down,after some words of advice they were getting their knee's down like pro and after we left there they were getting their knee's down on most of the slower corners we rode through,,,,we;; done boys.....

nope just watch the video,also same video on my page but with text taking the piss out of another mate who cant get his knee down ..lol

I'm sure roundabouts are great practice but I'd not d oit in traffic or with cars using it too. Industrial estates etc would be preferable I think but good on em for getting the old knee down!!
