Hi fellas.

I know that some of you will like this. partly cos I know I do, and a few others on here too have been tempted over to the dark side...

I also know that Spirit of the 70s have just been commissioned to turn a SD into this Cafe racer...

It's near Liverpool Street Station, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, etc. Things to see and do all day. Great food coffee and a bar too. You can even get your haircut (Craig) or a tattoo.

Afraid I can't make this one we're down in Cornwall that weekend riding like hooligans through the lanes. If the weather plays nice, otherwise we'll be eating and drinking lots!

Count me in. I've been plugging the event everywhere I can.

Is the good secure parking if I come own the bike? I know the area so wouldn't feel happy about leaving it on some back street where it could be lifted into the back of a van. Does the event have bike parking?

Can provide secure parking in Chelsea but too far away? And possibly in Charterhouse Street.

I'm child free that weekend so a fair chance I can make one of the days. Will keep an eye on the thread to see if a prefered SD day emerges as it would be good to meet up.

Couldnt care less about those mockney old folks bikes but if you get any pictures of Dutch's girlfriend i would Iike to see them

I'm going to go on Saturday I think because it's probably got a bit more buzz that day and I can double up on getting a few things in London with the shops open. I'll get there early to benefit from the onsite parking Dutch mentions - and to beat the traffic getting into London.

One of the exhibitors from up here has offered me a lift down on the Saturday and pass to an after event party and a free Tshirt. (Down and out cafe racers)
Is there much cheap accommodation in the area nearby, eg travellodge and the like?
All he knew is that it was "near London Bridge" but I guess there might be more than one bridge. I don't really think I have any excuses not to go..
