Shadowman get some anti freeze asap! If it drops much lower and freezes in the block you could be looking at a uber repair bill

#4You were froze up, need to check your anti-freeze. And carry all that good stuff with you, better yet stay home when it is that bad if you can.

Hmmn. I have a Vauxhall Monaro making 435bhp at the rear wheels and its "interesting" in the snow.
Unfortunately the bloody thing has shown absolutely no sign of breaking down due to the cold and has been relentlessly reliable, so I've had no excuse not to drive it.
If you see a large black car going sideways everywhere with a man screaming inside it, chances are it will be me.
Hmmn. I have a Vauxhall Monaro making 435bhp at the rear wheels and its "interesting" in the snow.
Unfortunately the bloody thing has shown absolutely no sign of breaking down due to the cold and has been relentlessly reliable, so I've had no excuse not to drive it.
If you see a large black car going sideways everywhere with a man screaming inside it, chances are it will be me.

#7I have had 6 Mustangs of different years and from a 4 cylinder to a fast V8.
Drove them year around, was a bit scary at times.
Then I needed a cheap runner and bought a Subaru wagon, installed Nokian snow tyres and was completely amazed at how easy it was to drive fast in the snow.
Not a fast car, but faster than the 4x4 trucks that were in the ditch.
The snow and temps you guys are having now are normal where I live.
Hope you get your car sorted soon and there is no damage to the engine.
This is from last winter, the driveway was clean when I went to bed the night before.
tyres that look like this don't hurt the cause either.

#17Woke up to go to work 2 days ago it was minus 24 according to the gauge in the car and there was fresh snow 2 feet deep . Fortunatley i have someone who drives the car for me so all i gotta do is sit there and switch on the heated seat . Even then the locals were still rolling down there windows to point there guns at each other .Spose you gotta do something when the horn is frozen shut
