#3True , what I mean't was bikes like the 990 allow you to rag them more often because the power isn't too big, I know with traction control on the 1290 it allows you to be more hooligan but I wonder if it's still as much visceral fun as a lower powered bike knowing that YOU can use all of the bikes power more often. For those that have owned both it will be interesting as you get more time on the 1290 to hear your thoughts
