At the launch in California yesterday they have claimed the new Superduke is 180hp.!!!!

The launch for the press was yesterday in califonia for the 1190 superadventure, details of the new SD were released. it is coming to Canada.
When my buddy gets back tonight I will have more info, Im sure the other journalists will be Tweeting soon.

This is the world launch for the super enduro and the information is from KTM.

So when he texted me about the SD it was from KTM and they have a SD there as well.

Speaking as somebody who was actually riding a 200HP motorcycle yesterday I will be more interested in how much it weighs than the claimed HP.

Light, short geared and with massive mid range = Fun

Tuned for top HP at high revs = why not ride a Jap / BMW sports bike?

I did see the FZ09 in person before its unvieling 2 weeks ago and I cant wait to try one.
More upright seating than a SD, 115hp and $8999.
Some of the uninformed there were commenting how Yamaha is new to triples, I couldnt bother interjecting and just chuckled.
