I've got a contact within KTM hq, and he just forwarded me a press shot of the new SD. This isn't for public viewing yet, but I thought I just share it with you guys.
I'd appreciate it if we kept this picture to this forum, my mate would be in muchos trouble if it came out.

Anyway, I think this finally resolves the dumb Diavel arguments, I think this new carnation of the SD will be awesome and I can't wait to try one out...

Looks like it may need the Nichol's triple clamp and a slipper clutch.

going back and comparing the original spy shot on the trailer, it does appear to be a similar bike. though the trailer bike seems to have a gloss black muffler and this one has an unpainted tank. the new image looks to have a similar seat height as ours

Looks like a SuperDuke to me. Sort of wonder how they plan on cooling the motor.
Looks nothing like the Daivel look a like that was on the trailer.
I think they are making two bikes.

Get the fooking can back under the seat please KTM You just took one of the good crashabilty forms away. That and it looks ugly down there.

Sill looks nice and compact, but why do we have to have a low slung side mount pipe like so many other bikes out there. Underseat looks the best and is just the right spot on the SuperDuke. Get it right KTM!
