Won the ebay auction for the SM speedo about 24 hours ago. The seller (a fellow with the surname Ross) sends a message
noting that I live in Australia but he will only post within the UK. He asks if the address is correct/incorrect. When I get
the message (yesterday morning - 7 hours after the auction) I respond that I'll use a UK address and I pay via Paypal. About
seven hours after that he responds that because I didn't respond he's Second Chanced it and sold it to somebody else...
In fact, he must have sold it before he went to bed which means that he gave me about an hour or two to respond. Even if
I'd been in the UK at the time I might have been at work or something. He has repaid the money but I guess my feedback won't
be very flash. What's the big rush with this stuff? The auction lasts five days or more and then the buyer has to respond within
hours...

#15Unsure of the Post operations in the UK...here in the colonies, all that is needed is to fill out a customs form in addition to the address on the package. As long as the buyer is paying for the shipping, there is really no reason to avoid sales down under.
