#2nope. the duck didn't cost that it's just a publicity stunt to launch funding for some entertainment thing. i know nothing about this as it's the 1st thing i've seen about it.

#3Yeah its just to raise awareness for some fund. I think its quite funny they raised Tower Bridge for it That would have looked awesome from the bridge or bank. They really should have got a pic of it by Hoses of Parliament. The duck probably has more than that load of douche bags.
