R&G Customer Service

I recently fitted a R&G tail tidy (comes with micro indicators) to my SDR. On the 2nd run out one of the indicator lenses fell out. I rang up R&G to order some replacements but the chap was more than happy to send me a pair FOC. Nice one guys!

Good old fashioned customer service, doesn't it make you feel good.
It's a shame more don't follow in their footsteps.
