SDukeric. Anyone else been done over be this crook?

Seems we have a crook in our community.

Been done over by this guy. Traded rear pillion pegs and hangers for his spare brake discs.

I sent off the hangers, and almost 2months later there's still no sign on the discs. He's not answering pm's or direct emails.

Also noticed he's hopped on here on Monday and deleted all his posts and threads. He more I look into it, most of his posts were in the wanted or for sale sections. I hope he's not managed to get any of you guys too.

I know a few guys from years ago who live a few hours from him. Might be worth trying to get in touch with them to pay him a visit. I've got both of his addresses. Any of you USA guys from San Francisco area that know any angry biker dudes that hate spineless thiefs?

Seems pretty sad. Humping a guy over something as tedious as a set of foot pegs.

It's unfortunate that this happens sometimes,
I myself am currently pursuing a Fraud case from a guy on (no longer) this site.
Hopefully the cops will pick him up in the next couple of weeks as he didn't delete anything before I got it.
This forum is great and open, and sometimes it's a bit easy to trust too much.
But in saying that, if you leave you wallet on the dash of your car, it's not your fault if it's stolen, it is still the bastard thief's fault and people sometimes forget that.
These people get theirs in the end (mine will as I've a trip to the UK planned for next year)
I hope that the goodwill of the forum can keep going, because apart from the occasional outburst(farkujack ) everyone here is just keen to help everyone make their SuperDuke the best it can be.

I bought over £1000 worth of parts from various members on here from all over the world when I rebuilt the bike. All those deals were based on trust and a common cause. The SD.

It's a shame that all those deals went through perfectly for both parties, some of them for hundreds of ££ at a time, then at the last jap this guy jumps in and scams me out of a trivial part.

Tbh if he was desperate for them or struggling with money I would have just given him them for free anyway.

May want to contact the US postal service, as using the mail to commit fraud is a serious no-no.

It comes with federal charges as well.

Any SDuker I C is to be held in high regard. I know that they have a bit of a hooligan streak (a plus) and there is a good chance they are holding a controlled substance ( another plus). SDukeric is not a SDuker he's not even a Californian in my book. Probably Canadian former SD owner that switched to a Speed Tripple, oh that's a differant story. Just caught wind of this Mates.
He is the guy that bought my crashed race bike.
He is in fact in Daly City California just South of San Francisco.
I will attempt to find out what is going on.
He is sometimes on another forum too.
I see that I don't have his number in my phone anymore but will try the number you listed here.

I could find out all of his information since I was the last registered owner but what good would that do.
I will put out some feelers and check back.

There has been almost no rip-offs here on the SD net. I hope we don't start a trend.

He doesn't answer his phone and he isn't on the other forum anymore.
Man, I am glad I didn't have him hook up my security system..

I am going to the DMV this week anyway so I will inquire about his address. I have very deep ties to law enforcement here, locally and Federally so I will dig a bit deeper.
If this was his intention from the start I am pissed.
