I tried the search function and didn't see any sort of thread in the recent times so I feel safe in creating this one.

Anyways I really like guns, and shooting them. Who else is with me?

Post up whatcha got in your armory!

I'll start off with my Arsenal SAM7 AK47, and AR-15 (Daniel defense lower, Stag Arms upper)

Let me see what you guys/girls have!
Cheating a bit...... But mine are bigger than yours!

You are a fighter pilot? Thats awesome mg friend!
Na, just one of the engineers.

Here's me next to another

I've always loved the Tornados.
Good grief. What is this forum coming to? Guns? meh

Anyway Tornadoes rock! Although coming from Yeovil I have more affinity to the Apache as its built here..

Only guns I need right here

Boom.
Jambox! Holy crap your a young guy.

I alway imagined you as an old grey haired fossil for some reason
Somewhere I have pictures of me firing GPMG, SLR, SA80, some 9mm pistol, SMG too.

I've not touched a firearm since I left the Army though.

We're not allowed Guns over here, someone might get hurt!
I've got a browning BT-99, and Winchester Select Energy Trap. I used to shoot competitive trap, but got out of the sport because of cost. My hunting rifle is a Tikka T-3 with varmint barrel. And for general bad-assery I have Springfield 1911 in stainless steel black. I used to have kel-tec su-16, but sold it. It was too flimsy, but that's also why it's kind of cool to have, perfect little ranch/camping rifle. When the bullet button became the rage here in PRK, I thought about getting an AR-15 or AK chambered in 5.56 but never got around to it. I probably should this year before Jerry Brown bans the bullet button. Most importantly I have a samurai sword in case of zombie apocalypse.

I also have an actual forged samurai sword as well (not a knockoff). And my Ka-Bar.

I love things mechanical, including guns, but limit my interest to air guns. Canada has some pretty stiff gun laws and even air rifles and pistols are restricted and require licensing if they shoot over 500 fps. The parts to upgrade certain airguns to shoot from 1000 to 1500 fps are available and not restricted, but the resulting modified gun requires a firearms license. These single shot guns aren't going to do me much good during the zombie apocalypse, but it is fun and cheep to shoot these with my son, plinking away in the back yard. Less than $10 for 500 rounds!

My carry gun. 4in 1911 Kimber CDPII Pro 45acp. I love it.
Strict gun rules here in Denmark..
I've been a member of a gun club for about 2 years now, so I'm allowed to keep guns at home. To get the permit for a gun takes about 1-3 months.. The gun I bought last year is the first I owned, and I bought it as the clubs gun, so on paper it's not my own gun.. It took 4 months for the papers to go through..

Image
The gun is a Hämmerli SP20 .22 pistol. I can get a .32 pipe for it, but don't want to waste the money.

I've had a lot of troubles with the gun. Bought it used from the Danish company that imports them, the official import place.. And it was misfiring, doing multiple shots by itself.. Had to get it to a gunsmith that figured out the buffer was mounted backwards.. ffs man

I almost thought that: "You too, Jermo... " Personally, being closer to Russian culture than most of you, I believe in something else than guns:
^^^^^^^^^ You carry around "The last Emperor's" little brother?

Lets see if any new people have something to share
My father had the job of shooting the main guns on a battle ship and later spent quite a while roving round the sea exploding old mines with anti aircraft guns after the second world war so perhaps I got the love of it from him.

As a child it was somehow discovered that I had a talent for it so I ended up shooting everything from skeet through running boar to hand guns and long range target shooting doing OK along the way. Then a serious phase which involved as many of the government funded toys as I could get hold of and playing with things that explode. That was followed by some time with shotguns again bagging things that fly for the pot and butcher.

Haven’t fired a shot now for close on a decade and strangely I never missed it at all. Occasionally when I hear a shoot in the distance it makes me smile but mostly I’m done with killing things and breaking things. I’m more in a saving things and making things mode these days.
Not exactly tooled up for the eschaton American style, but I do enjoy shooting.
I've got a and a nice little in stainless/laminate for plinking and the elimination of feral pests.

My body is a lethal weapon!

(Although at 44, it's not as dangerous as it used to be )

Image
You got that old man strength DP
I wish mate; I can get injured tying my belt these days!
Oh wow, and it's not even like you have to really bend or move that much to do that task
Here's my latest. Had my local gunsmith make some tacticool modifications.

Is that a firearm, or a early entry for next year's Turner Prize?

The magazine unclips and becomes a high impact throwing star!
When I was in uniform I suffered the rather unpleasant experience of having a woman spitting on me, and her husband stood in front of me laughing his arse off.

He wasn't quite so full of mirth seconds later after the butt of my rifle had made contact with his mush.

Long story short, wife gobbing off to the max, we carry on with the patrol.
In unloading bay we get our side of the story straight, but TBH I never heard anything of it.

Quite out of character for me, but it hadn't been a good week.

BA…no wonder you didn't get along well in New York…with all those firearms!!

Have sold my AR and FNAR, so the only 'tactical" still on hand is a Benelli M4 w/extended magazine tube. Various other long guns for deer/pig hunting & plinking, revolvers for concealed carry and even a Taurus Judge for SNAKES!!! I HATE SNAKES!!!!!Image
