Travesty. And a waste of effort all round.
But as Troy said, maybe the builder has had an injury so we can't judge the real reasons to add two unnecessary wheels to a vehicle. If so respect, if not then pity is all I can offer.
On that note.....London is filled with commuters on these three wheeled "tilting" things. WTF!! Do the owners want the "thrill" of being out in the cold and rain but without the fear of FALLING OFF! What are they after? I don't get it.
