Spiced Ham?

I received a strange PM the other evening from some one in regards to Water Wetter I did not reply and I felt that it was an advertisement as it had a little picture of Water Wetter as part of the letter.

as i understand, in cooling system you use some kind of - waterwetter ??? It`s better for cooling the engine?
i have problems with overheating in city traffic, that's why i try to find best liquid that will cool down engine.
