Rode Streetfighter S today:
Suspension and brakes are outstanding.
Steering is noticeably slow (non-adjustable damper).
Exhaust shield SUCKS! Forces your right foot to the outside of the peg. If you ride on the ball of your foot, it forces you to twist your foot. Termi exhaust *may* fix that.
I did not verify DTC setting, so not sure how to rate power. As it was, not markedly different than my SD with Akro Ti, map and DNA filter. Fueling below 4k rpm sucks as bad as the stock SD.
In all, a nice bike. But I'm not sure it's $19.5k nice, compared to the SD. That being said, ya can't buy an 09 SD/SDR in the US...
The do have an '08 1098 R for $34,800...
