#2The shop will have surely set the bike sag settings for you when they changed the springs if you gave them the bike as well? just whip the sport settings on in the manual and we will check them on the Monday I will bring a tape measure and rear preload tool.
Trust me the first session or two it wont make a difference what settings you have.
