In Dallas, attorneys (ambulance chasers) have discovered many intersections (with red light cameras) have too short yellow lights, so that no matter how quick you go, if you roll a yellow light, you get the red (and the picture). Hundreds of thousands of traffic tickets have been tossed out, and the cameras ordered shut down (but not removed). Cameras & video tape are good for entertainment, but not for this. I think this is a lazy, armchair way of collecting taxes.
