#2I wear this on warm days. Completely vented - you see right through it if you hold it up to the light. Still get sweaty with the helmet, gloves and spine protector but much nicer than leathers!
I live in the Netherlands though so we don't really see 40c temps! Been high 20s here for the past few weeks which is really nice!

#4No matter how hot is is, I always wear pants, jacket, boots, gloves & helmet. I'm just too valuable to let some asshole take me out without a fight!!

#7Summer here gets to the occasionial low 40's but high 30's and dry is the norm and I hate riding in that weather, especially commutinng, night rides are pretty good though.
Have a nice Ixon Hacker textile summer jacket that helps, it has all the bits in the right place but dont know much it would move about in a fall. You would die of heat exhaustion at the first set of lights in leather.

#13 Maybe something like an old Roth helmet, (German WW2 with a spike on top), would go better with the SD
