#3 Presumably the battery isn't mounted in the same place as the SD

#4Very often I pass though kneedeep water to cool the engine down, especially after a hard blast. But further more I wear e blacked visor helmet when I exceed ankle deep water it helps not to drown and I always wear a wind proof jacket at any occasion of speeds up to 15kmph indoors.
