Just got back from a day and night riding to a friends 50th birthday party in Kent. Loaded up the SD with tent and camping gear so I didn't have to wear a back-pack. Made a huge difference to comfort - was just like riding normally. 250 miles of excellent roads, Hastings along the coast to Rye is great, shame too many cars though. fish and chips in Hastings an excellent idea.
Went mini touring

#7Kriega bags are pretty good for the SD's!
Is your numberplate really
J666
KTM
?
Is it a custom plate/"wish-plate" or is it just random?

#8Luke. I went the "long way round" mate.
Anders, this is the real number. I picked it up off a forum member about 4 years ago who was selling up but wanted to keep the number in the forum. I only paid a hundred quid or so, can't remember but it wasn't much. Sort of regret it actually - I think people judge you as a tosser with a personal number plate!
