If you would pay that much more for an ugly bike with 1 more hp, surely you would buy the MVagusta Brutale 910R, a drop dead gorgeous and classy bike with handbuilt quality and a whole 5 hp more and (here`s the best bit) it only costs a grand more than the Duke. It beats the duke hands down (yes I`ve ridden them both) in handling, too.

Or you could join the ranks of the faceless and buy a 180hp Litre class jap sports bike for the same kind of dough, which will pull away from a superduke like a golf ball leaving the tee, on the road, track or wherever.

Just for the record, I am in no way biased, just because I own 4 Triumphs.

chips, sorry... they are not common here, I do not really know much at all about the bike or the build quality, it is the ole eye for an eye,

all current day bikes are actually quite remarkable in thare own right, I should not have said what I did, it was only some innocent team rivalry,

sorry again if I have offended any folks who love their triumphs, I was only taking aim at the shooter, that is all.

Joe, u not offending me bud, my comments were aimed at the start of the thread, u posted your reply at the same time as me. Triumphs r thicker on the ground here than fleas on my dog. Good bikes but i get the feeling now they r losing their individuality jealousy of anything obviously superior is rearing its head lol.
