wifes cb599 tail tidy and new pipe

mrs wrebit had knee surgry this seaso so her bike( cb599) is parked ,yesterday I cut a foot off tail section fitted nicer front signals ,removed extension for license light, and moved plate hanger ,took but ugly mirrors off ,I still need to pick up the arlen ness black mirrors for it and order the rear signals and an akrapovich pipe for it,we also have a girly butterfly tank protector ordered for her, this is before (will take after pic on tues after mirrors are on)

fixing up the mrs bike for her birthday, as I said she coudnt ride it this season due to knee surgery, but is talking of next season already ,and I didnt know what to get her this year :lol: will clean it up after all the work is done before she sees it

they actually go out to sides further than stock ,even though they are lower ,i sat on it and set mirrors to go past my much wider shoulders than hers also im hoping that they dont buzz at speed like the stock ones ,quite bike all you hear is buzzzz every shift ,and you have to put your hand on stock one to see out back ugly usless stockers

got the pipe and the pazzos today thanks again topendz for hookin us up with the goodies...

stock pipe weighs about half what the dukes pipes weigh (holy shi-n heavy) new two brothers can sounds good has nice low tone and 3/4 throttle sounds like a cbr1000 ,weighs about the same as two cans of beer,her bike is noticably better balanced ,and looks much sleaker now .......(one thing left to do lower it a couple inches ) any ideas gents it has one click away from the lowest adjustment ,seat is comfy and dont want to chop it down ,front forks can be dropped to match back after its figured
