Winter Jacket

Looking for suggestions on a good winter jacket.
Obviously needs to keep the weather out but want something with good protection.
After taking a slide off the 1290 my Ixon jacket faired ok but want something better.

Nothing below 15C and around $350 $400 AU
I see Ixon make a jacket that is CE EN 13595 certified within the budget.

I have the older version of the KTM Powerwear Street HQ (Adventure) jacket that has a little more or thicker leather on the shoulder and arms that has great removable cold weather insulation. I think the current offering may (?) have similar removable insulation but may not be as heavy as the older version.
