I'll be interested in how you think the Ducatis compare to the SD. I've come close to buying Ducati a couple of times.

Just thought I'd add an update after the first chance to ride the bike, albeit a very brief one....

What a revelation! Coming from head down, arse up race-reps to this, not sure if I could ever go back.

The bike felt unbelievable, loads of torque from low down and handled beautifully, but I'm sure it could be even better. I'm keeping my eye on the suspension settings thread in Technical.

I'm so very happy I made this choice
